Join our growing team as a Pet Care Assistant to adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, and assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep. Other duties include gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, assist with processing returns and exchanges, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, along with follow safety procedures and company policies, maintain accurate records and documentation, work collaboratively across teams and departments, provide excellent service to customers and team members. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
