PAY RATE : $40-44 / hour

Qualifying Questions :

Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations

Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role

Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary

Summary :

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for RF Communications Radar and SONAR products

Develop update and maintain test procedures and documentation

Generate production-ready test documentation

Investigate issues to determine root cause and implement corrective actions

Train and mentor test technicians

Apply systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in test methods and product quality

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in a related discipline (or equivalent military / commercial experience)

Minimum 2 years experience with RF Communications Radar or SONAR

U.S. Citizenship required due to security clearance requirements

Desired Skills :

Electrical test and measurement experience

Electrical troubleshooting skills

Digital and analog electronics knowledge

Technical writing for procedures

Knowledge of Configuration Management (CM) practices

Basic networking knowledge

Fiber optics experience

Component-level troubleshooting experience

Strong team player with excellent documentation skills
