A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for their QuickFrame Marketplace team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of software engineers, promoting continuous improvement through coaching and mentoring

Provide technical oversight on frontend and backend development, including serverless architectures and RESTful APIs

Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing product-oriented engineering teams

Strong technical foundation in JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) and serverless architectures

Familiarity with modern development practices : Agile, Git / SVN, CI / CD, and release management

Proven ability to mentor engineers and manage multiple priorities
