The Opportunity

We're seeking an Engineering Manager, Embedded to lead the talented embedded engineering team that powers Hatch's connected sleep products. You'll be responsible for both people management and technical leadership, ensuring that our firmware platform evolves to meet growing product and user needs while maintaining the high quality and reliability Hatch is known for.

You'll own the firmware development and release process from concept to customer, guiding your team through design, implementation, and release. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in hardware, mobile, backend, and product to deliver delightful, reliable user experiences that bring Hatch's mission to life.

This role reports to the VP of Embedded and is a key member of the broader Engineering Leadership Team.

• Contribute to and understand the firmware codebase.
• Learn our existing firmware development and release process.
