Engineering Manager

Join our team as an Engineering Manager ! Are you a strategic leader with a passion for engineering excellence? Do you thrive on driving innovation, optimizing operations, and leading high-performing teams? If so, we want YOU to bring your expertise and vision to our organization!

What You'll Do :

  • ✅ Lead and oversee the entire engineering program for the company.
  • ✅ Establish project priorities, timelines, and ensure on-time completion.
  • ✅ Manage capital projects from concept through execution, including feasibility studies, design, budgeting, and vendor oversight.
  • ✅ Troubleshoot existing systems and develop cost-effective solutions to operational challenges.
  • ✅ Partner with the General Manager on strategic projects, construction, and repairs.
  • ✅ Set department goals, processes, and preventive systems to maximize performance.
  • ✅ Monitor plant equipment and operations, minimizing downtime and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • ✅ Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team - fostering professional growth and strong performance.
  • ✅ Maintain and update operating and training manuals for the department.
  • ✅ Conduct on-site inspections and provide innovative, proactive engineering solutions.
  • ✅ Ensure compliance with safety policies, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • ✅ Perform other duties as assigned.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • ???? Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). ???? Experience : 10–15 years in engineering, maintenance, or project management within a large industrial / manufacturing setting. ???? Skills :
  • Strong knowledge of engineering systems and principles.
  • Capital expenditure and project management expertise, including budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems. ???? Mindset : Strategic thinker, adaptable to changing conditions, proactive leader who can balance big-picture goals with hands-on problem solving.

    • Physical & Working Conditions :

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Exposure to loud environments, mechanical equipment, and varying conditions (indoor / outdoor).
  • Requires close, distance, and color vision, plus ability to adjust focus.
