Valley Pacific Petroleum Services, Inc. is looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for the graveyard shift, from 9 : 30 PM to 6 : 00 AM , at our Santa Maria location. The Customer Service Representative operates a retail facility by providing top quality customer service, while accurately transacting sales of fuel and merchandise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Always provides top quality customer service to every customer and has a positive attitude.
- Complies with company standards and all applicable local, state, and federal laws when verifying identification for age-restricted product sales.
- Prepares food and beverages, maintains a clean and well-stocked prep area in compliance with health codes, and consistently meets Chevron's Customer First and ExtraMile evaluation standards.
- Conducts Loss Prevention Observations, Loss Investigation and Near Loss Investigations.
- Remains proactive and productive always, especially during slow periods by organizing, restocking, cleaning, and completing merchandising tasks as directed by management.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of all systems and processes during quiet periods.
