As an Engine Rebuild Specialist / Product Support Sales Representative , you will actively pursue new customers and markets for engine overhauls, repairs, and related components. You will influence parts and service sales with both existing and prospective clients while serving as a trusted technical advisor.
What You Will Do in This Role :
- Learn and apply industry-leading safety practices on job sites and at customer locations.
- Identify new overhaul opportunities by strengthening relationships with current customers and consistently prospecting new ones.
- Build strong business partnerships by assisting customers in planning downtime, monitoring fleet performance, and scheduling repair / overhaul work.
- Stay informed about business conditions within your assigned territory and maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and competitive offerings.
- Use the CRM system effectively to create and document call plans in alignment with the company's expectations for in-person customer engagement.
- Develop professional, consultative relationships with both new and existing customers to help maximize equipment uptime.
- Take full ownership of accounts related to component overhauls, parts sales, and service opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and expectations thoroughly, preparing accurate repair and overhaul quotes that align with those requirements.
- Travel is required to visit the territory that is assigned and properly call upon current and prospective accounts.
