Our ideal candidate is seeking to grow their knowledge on highway, roadway and bridge projects throughout NJ with agencies such as NJDOT, NJTA, SJTA, DRPA, DRJTBC, and / or experience with Local County and State agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Observe construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Prepare daily reports, quantity measurements and computations. Assist with progress reports and Pay Estimates.
  • Communicate with the Senior Management to assist with meeting the project goals.

Job Requirements

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or at least 2 years of prior experience in Construction Inspection through internships or employment required.
  • NICET all Levels a plus but not required.
  • ACI, NJSAT, TCC, CCTC, and / or OSHA 10 a plus but not required.
  • Able to work overtime, some nights, or weekends as needed.
  • Ability to drive to and from, on, or around a project site during all times of the day.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License.

    • Pay Range : $29 / hour to $35 / hour
