Your Role : As a

  • New / Used Vehicle Sales Associate
  • , you’ll be the friendly face guiding customers through their auto-buying journey—from discovering their ideal vehicle to making the final purchase. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional experience that keeps customers coming back and referring others.

    • What You’ll Do :

  • Connect with customers to identify their vehicle needs through attentive listening and questions
  • Demonstrate and highlight the features of new and used vehicles, including test drives
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, explaining warranties, paperwork, and vehicle features
  • Deliver vehicles and ensure customers are confident and satisfied with their selection
  • Stay updated on the latest industry products, technology, and accessories to better serve customers
  • Attend regular sales meetings and actively contribute to team goals
  • Follow up with owners to foster loyalty, encourage referrals, and ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Set personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards and work strategically to achieve them
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager on progress, strategies, and professional development

  • Experienced in automotive sales or a related field
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
