Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-tech glass to metal seal components is looking for an experienced SALES ENGINEER to join their team in Milford, CT

Sales Engineer / Sales Associate / Manufacturing Sales

This will be an IN PERSON ROLE! This is a salaried position being offered at $100,000 / year plus quarterly bonuses.

Responsibilities include :

  • working w / existing customer base to drive revenue
  • work w / sales team in search of new customers (there's a BONUS program for your success)
  • work w / production team on scheduling needed for production to be timely
  • work w / engineering department on existing and new work

MUST be able to read and understand detailed mechanical drawings!

EXCELLENT communication skills - oral and written

Manage a team of TWO Sales Managers and NEW customer quotes! This is a salaried position being offered at $100,000 / year plus quarterly bonuses.

Manage Customer visits as needed.

Ideal candidates will have a Business or Sales or Marketing degree or relevant work experience

5 years preferred experience in the Manufacturing Sector
