Schedule : Full Time
The responsibility of the Sales Representative is to perform community sales activities by effectively moving prospects / referral sources through the sales process to close. Working directly with the Sales Director to achieve occupancy goals.
In this position your main responsibilities will include :
- Perform community sales activities be effectively moving prospects through the sales process to close (From formal inquiry to move in).
- Works with the sales staff to develop an outreach plan based on the needs of the community monthly and quarterly.
- Establish relationships with the outside referral sources in the community through face to face meetings on an on-going basis.
