Join our team as a Staff Pharmacist and dive into a role where you'll be at the heart of ensuring seamless medication delivery to long term care facilities.

Location : On site at our closed-door pharmacy in Euclid, OH

Salary : Starting at $125k (salary is based on experience)

Schedule : 7 day on, 7 days off | Sunday - Thursday 8 : 00PM - 6 : 00AM, Friday & Saturday 8 : 00PM - 8 : 00AM

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and verify work completed by Floor Technicians (PV2)
  • Ensure accuracy and organization of controlled substances, including E-Kits and control room inventory
  • Compound sterile and non-sterile products in compliance with regulations
  • Review and approve packaged medications and NDC changes
  • Process backorders and special requests (OOP / LOA, Clozapine orders)
  • Supervise pharmacists when acting as PIC and provide support to pharmacy technicians
  • Monitor PV2 performance to meet run-time commitments and customer expectations
  • Maintain compliance with federal / state laws and pharmacy policies, including reporting medication errors
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement and complete QA documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including flexing into PV1 role and on-call coverage

    • Qualifications / Requirements :

  • PharmD or equivalent degree in Pharmacy; active state license in good standing
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed pharmacist in a healthcare setting
  • Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Frameworks and DocuTrack systems strongly preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods during shifts

  • Proficiency in technical systems and continuous learning mindset
