Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in patient care by ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. This position requires clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality pharmaceutical services in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Review and interpret medication orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Dispense medications and provide information on their proper use to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct patient assessments to evaluate medication therapy effectiveness and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers
  • Educate patients on medication administration techniques and potential side effects.
  • Maintain accurate records of medication dispensation and patient interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices, including aseptic technique for sterile preparations.
  • Stay updated on medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and advancements in pharmacotherapy.
