Job Title : Pharmacist Level 1

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Provide drug information and pharmacological guidance to the multidisciplinary healthcare team to support safe and effective patient care.
• Monitor patient drug therapy, assess clinical responses, and recommend adjustments based on patient age, renal / hepatic function, and pharmacokinetic principles.
• Perform patient education on medication use, including proper dosage, administration timing, potential side effects, and interactions with other prescribed or OTC medications.
• Ensure compliance with formulary guidelines and policies for both formulary and non-formulary medications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory, safety, and institutional standards.
