North Vista Hospital is an accredited 177-bed state-of-the-art hospital located in North Las Vegas, Nevada. North Vista offers comprehensive healthcare services, including mental health care, emergency care, heart care, advanced surgical procedures, diagnostic imaging and help for a broad range of medical conditions. Equipped with advanced medical technology and staffed by a team of highly skilled healthcare professionals, North Vista is committed to providing high-quality care in a friendly hospital environment. The hospital has achieved numerous quality award distinctions including Patient Safety Excellence Award, Bariatric Surgery Excellence Award, Heart Failure recognition and more.

Responsibilities : Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, coordinates the activities of the pharmacy department to provide the highest quality of pharmaceutical care to all patients served by the hospital, while ensuring patient safety. The scope of patient care provided may include : General Medicine / Surgical, Intensive Care Services, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Care, Oncology, Peri-operative, Geriatrics and Outpatient Services.

Qualifications : EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Current state Registered Pharmacist License. 2. Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred. 3. B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred. 4. BLS and ACLS certification preferred
