Pipeline And Terminal Operations

Manage the operation of asphalt terminal and related activities including loading, maintenance, metering, and quality control. Responsible for the management and coordination of the asphalt blending per customer specifications. Execute business strategy, business plan, and provide leadership while maximizing safety, profitability, and optimization of all resources within terminal.

This role has a current pay range of $130,000 $160,000. The listed pay range represents the company's good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base rate of pay for this position at the time of this posting. The selected candidate's compensation will be determined based on their work location, qualifications, relevant experience, operational needs, demonstrated performance over time, and internal pay alignment.

Experience Requirement :

• Asphalt rail offloading experience is preferred
• Asphalt blending or mixing experience preferred
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 8+ years' experience in the heavier hydrocarbons of the petroleum industry preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft products
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to independently proof work for accuracy
• Ability to manage time and scheduling to meet appropriate deadlines
• Ability to work successfully in stressful situations, and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to use awareness of relationships and impacts of data trends and elements to appropriately recommend actions that impact both near and long-term company operations and profits
• Ability to independently conduct job accountabilities
• Ability to take directions from supervisors
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
