COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES
$15,000 Sign-On Bonus (50% at start / 50% at 12 months)
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision
Paid CME allowance + all licensure and credentialing fees covered
Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
POSITION OVERVIEW
Service: ICU & Trauma (inpatient)
Schedule: depending on rotation ICU vs. Trauma 7 on / 7 off and flexible scheduling is available
Trauma does 24 hour shifts with 3 to 4 shifts every 2 weeks
ICU is a week on / week off
Setting: Acute care hospital
Scope: Full-scope APP practice with collaborative physician support
Pay scale depending on experience - $80-$100 / hr.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage complex ICU and trauma patients in collaboration with attending physicians
Perform H&Ps, daily notes, orders, and procedures appropriate to scope
Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and care coordination
Ensure timely, high-quality documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
Current PA-C licensure (ACNP or acute care certification preferred)
ICU, trauma, surgical, or emergency experience strongly preferred
New grads with acute care clinical training encouraged to apply
BLS and ACLS required; ATLS a plus
