Join a Team that is changing health care! With more than 400 centers across 15 states operating under the CenterWell and Conviva brands, we're transforming healthcare by placing patients at the center of everything we do.
As a Virtual Physician Collaborator, you will align with our mission to enhance patient care. In this role, you will partner with our Nurse Practitioners to bridge gaps in care. This role is fully remote and requires approximately five hours per month. You will report directly to the Associate Director.

Responsibilities

  • You will complete regular chart review and coordinate monthly meetings
  • You will be available as a resource for the advanced practice provider to ensure quality patient care.
  • You will collaborate with clinical leaders about quality of care, review of outcome data, procedure, and records issues.

Use your skills to make an impact

Required Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas.
  • Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
  • Board certification or Board Eligible
  • 2+ years of telehealth experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a collaborating physician

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


$310,000 - $368,500 per year
