About this role.

As a Physician Assistant, PA or Nurse Practitioner, NP in our Neuroscience Center, you’ll work collaboratively with six Neurosurgeons and 7 APPs, to provide safe patient care and high-quality patient experiences. Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with other specialties, and you'll have excellent support staff and onsite resources readily available.

• You would practice at our Intermountain Health: Neuroscience center in addition to St. Vincent Regional Hospital.
• You would be joining a well-respected, established group of providers.
• OR/Inpatient hours can vary.
• EPIC EMR utilization (system-wide).

• The hospital is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a Certified Stroke Center, and an accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. The OR includes one hybrid and one biplane operating suite.

What you’ll bring.

• An active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) License by the MT State Board.
• Prescriptive Authority by the MT state board of Nursing or Medical Examiners and DEA License.
• Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS Certification within 6 months of employment (site specific).
• Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment.
• Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including Microsoft and Google products. The ability to learn new applications relevant to your position
• Passion for Neurosurgery.
• Surgical experience is preferred.
