A company is looking for a Project Manager responsible for leading a large federal program focused on modernizing financial management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall program and contract performance, including scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk

Lead planning and execution activities for the transition to a modernized financial management solution

Build and maintain strong relationships with federal stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic program objectives

Required Qualifications

Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Minimum of 4 years' experience in program or project management, preferably in finance, acquisition, or technology

Proven experience managing a large federal program or enterprise-level transformation effort

Demonstrated success in implementing a complex, cloud-based financial management solution for a Cabinet-level agency

Strong command of program management methodologies and federal lifecycle processes
