Top responsibilities: Take vitals, patient histories, and room patients; document in EMR. Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, point-of-care testing, and specimen collection. Prep rooms, assist providers with basic procedures, and manage supplies. Verify insurance, collect payments, and support front/back office patient flow. Accurately document follow-ups, referrals, and test results.
Must-have qualifications MediClear (or equivalent) certification required. Phlebotomy and EKG experience in clinic/urgent care. Proficient with EMR documentation; strong communication and multitasking. Able to pass background/employment verification.
