Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Onicon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in controlling the Quality Management System.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Perform visual, and dimensional inspection on incoming parts.
• Monitor quality system performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports, including scrap, first past yield and rolled throughput yield.
• Assist with audit preparations.
• Manage UL requirements.
• Assist with the control and disposition of nonconforming materials.
• Work proactively with the manufacturing team on projects to reduce scrap.
• Lead the EHS program.
• Establish and lead the internal audit program for monitoring training, work instructions and process control.
• Other Quality duties as assigned.
