He / she primarily to work in alignment with business for roll out and minor enhancements related to Cell Therapy and Gene Therapy labs in US.

He / she will leverage specialized functional or technical expertise for solving complex functional or technical problems as individual or as team member.

Experience with agile product development

Responsible for adherence to committed SLAs and KPI's while ensuring quality of deliverables and compliance.

Coordinate with various team members and to help the team in identifying the continuous service improvement and automation initiatives as directed by the leads.

Responsible for preparing and presenting the reports to customers.
