Procurement Analyst
This position is located in Whitehall, OH, within the Department of Defense, specifically with the Defense Logistics Agency.

Duties
The duties include :
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of contracting and transportation laws, regulations, and policies.
- Demonstrate an understanding of work methods and processes, data management, operating procedures, and administrative operations impacting the procurement processes.
- Identify problems, determine accuracy and relevance of information, identify risk, and use sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and / or make recommendations.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of new or revised policies on procurement program operations.
- Analyzes complex data regarding past, present, and projected processes.
- Use clear, concise, technically accurate documentation and presentations.
- Identify and analyze data and present to senior management.

To qualify for a Procurement Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support :
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs and other organizations.
Additional information
Position requires DoD Acquisition Contracting (C), Professional (Foundational) certification within required timeframes. Selectee must also achieve 80 hours of Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) every 2-years.
