Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain Purchase Info Records (PIR) and outline agreements in SAP

Ensure accurate pricing entry from supply agreements and manage exceptions in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure PIR accuracy and support special projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred

Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or accounting

Minimum 1 year of experience in negotiation

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience preferred
