This role will ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and inventory control of materials to support field operations, with a focus on reliability, accuracy, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, purchase, and track construction materials including concrete, rebar, conduit, cabling, structural steel, piping, and fasteners

• Establish vendor relationships and negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and bulk purchasing agreements

• Maintain procurement logs, material trackers, and purchase orders for ongoing projects

• Work closely with site managers, engineers, and superintendents to forecast and fulfill material needs

• Verify material deliveries, inspect for quality, and coordinate returns or replacements as necessary

• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and solve problems under tight timelines

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for vendor visits or site deliveries

Preferred Experience

• Experience in energy, utility, or infrastructure project environments

• Familiarity with Texas-based suppliers, DOT materials, and jobsite delivery coordination

• Working knowledge of construction drawings and specifications

• Background in inventory control, ERP systems, or construction logistics planning

Benefits

• Health, dental, and vision insurance

• 401(k) with company match

• Opportunities for advancement in a growing organization
