Key Responsibilities

Modernize the UI and UX across web and mobile for a cohesive product experience

Build and maintain a unified design system and visual language

Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing team of product designers and researchers

Required Qualifications

10+ years in product design or UX, with 5+ years in leadership roles within SaaS or enterprise software

Demonstrated success in modernizing product experiences and implementing scalable design systems

Strong background in designing for complex, data-driven workflows

Experience leading user research practices to integrate customer insights into design

Deep expertise in accessibility and inclusive design standards
