Your role
What you'll be doing
Corpay^ is currently looking to hire a Junior Product Trainer within the UK Product Training division. This position falls under our R2c line of business based in Sheffield, UK.
This is a full-time entry level role, working 3 days a week onsite and 2 days from home.
What you’ll be doing
To deliver software product training to customers and internal staff both, face to face and online. Helping to deliver a high-performance culture that is aligned to both strategic and revenue generating initiatives, whilst delivering a first-class service.
Key Accountabilities :
Deliver software product training for new and existing customers, either face to face in the classroom or virtual delivery via MS Teams.
Delivering group presentations and workshop sessions plus individual coaching and targeted learning appropriate to need, remotely or face-to-face throughout the customer base.
Deliver software product training for new employees during on boarding, via face-to-face delivery during a period of in office working.
Maintain the CRM databases with training feedback, attendance records and areas covered during the training session.
Assist the Lead Trainer to ensure all training materials are kept up to date reflecting changes to functionality, processes, and compliance; identify and propose potential improvements to training materials.
Assist the E-Content writer in the production of user guides, E-Learning Videos and Virtual training platforms to meet learners’ needs and maximise efficiency of delivery.
Undertake evaluation of training events, analysing feedback from attendees on the day or after the event to check successful achievement of expected outcomes and effectiveness of delivery with a view to making improvements where identified.
Respond to inquiries relating to product training and software functionality whilst representing as the subject matter expert.
Good to have :
1 – 2 years’ experience in training or coaching.
Training on a particular subject matter.
Saas experience.
Knowledge and understanding of fleet management.
Presentation skills.
Good communication skills.
Not afraid to speak to small to large groups.
Please be aware that this role is not a HR Learning and Development role and you will need to be a car driver.
