Experience in ISO 9001 or AS9100 manufacturing environments. Knowledge of ESD-safe handling, testing procedures, and quality control metrics. Proven success in implementing process improvements or automation initiatives. Hands-on, team-oriented leader with a proactive mindset. Skilled at balancing quality, efficiency, and safety in a high-growth environment. Comfortable collaborating across departments to resolve challenges quickly. As we expand U.S. manufacturing and operations, we're seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day assembly, testing, and quality operations on our drone production line. This role will play a critical part in leading technicians, coordinating with engineering, and ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities across drone assembly, calibration, and testing stations.
- Ensure production schedules, targets, and quality metrics are consistently achieved.
- Train, coach, and oversee production team members, maintaining a focus on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee production documentation, work orders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Materials Management to prevent shortages or delays.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and process changes by ensuring production readiness.
- Lead efforts to improve workflow efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize throughput.
- Enforce safety compliance and participate in regular audits and safety meetings.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to leadership and recommend process improvements.
