Position Summary :

We are currently seeking a talented Production Manager with previous supervisory experience who will work in our processing plant. Key responsibilities include leadership development, training, safety, budgeting, and facility and equipment operation. In addition, the Production Manager will work closely with the VP of Operations and will be responsible for tracking productivity, accuracy, and loss prevention programs to ensure that customer requirements are met.
