The experience you have :

Education : High School diploma or GED required. Associate degree or Trade School Certificate in a related discipline preferred.

Experience Required : Five (5) years experience as a journeyman machinist and 2 years supervisory experience or 5 years supervisory experience over CNC machinists. Preferred CAD / CAM experience. Demonstrated ability to lead mentor develop and interface with staff members.

Computer Skills : Basic computer skills with the ability to operate MS Windows environment using email for communication. Usage of data collection software and ERP system is required.

Language Skills : Ability to read analyze and interpret technical data schematics prints and travelers is required. Effective interpersonal communication skills through a variety of methods are required.

Mathematical Skills : Proficiency with intermediate level math skills is necessary including addition subtraction multiplication division geometry and some trigonometry.

Reasoning Skills : Requires the ability to define complex problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions. The ability to interpret a wide range of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form is an on-going requirement.

Physical Demands : Position requires frequent walking bending stooping handling fingering and reaching. Occasional kneeling climbing and squatting required. Ability to lift and pull up to 15 pounds continuously and from 15 to 15 pounds frequently 25 to 50 pounds occasionally.
