Key Responsibilities

Develop subject matter expertise and ensure compliance with government regulations for Medicaid and Medicare programs

Lead projects to monitor Quality Program performance and track data to measure progress

Oversee quality improvement initiatives and manage internal and external audits

Required Qualifications

Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a similar field, or equivalent experience

Minimum 2 years of experience; up to 5 years preferred

Project management experience required

Experience in Dental Managed Care or Medicaid Program Management preferred

Strong understanding of government program operations and regulatory requirements
