We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Strategic Executive Assistant & Program Coordinator to provide direct support to executives while coordinating cross-functional initiatives. This is a hybrid role that requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. In this role, you will act as a bridge between leadership, operations, and teams, helping align business and technical goals. You will be responsible for managing executive calendars, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel or Google Sheets to provide visibility to stakeholders.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and act as a strategic thought partner to executives.
