Program Director

The pay for this position starts at $54,000 annually, with additional compensation added for higher education and / or years of relevant experience up to $61,560.
This position is located in Rutland, MA.
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus
Additional $250 Bonus if MAP Certified
Devereux Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's East Meadow program serves boys 7 to 15 with ASD, ADHD, and various cognitive disabilities. With 1 staff to 3 students ratio, this program offers a high level of individualized care.
The Program Director oversees the day-to-day operations of a group home, including program planning, supervision of residential staff, budget management, integration of community-based experiences for youth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, therapeutic services.
