Key Responsibilities

Review and validate time punch activity and locum timesheets for accuracy and compliance

Document adjustments and maintain audit readiness with clear notes and reporting

Identify trends in timekeeping issues and collaborate with teams to address discrepancies

Required Qualifications

Experience with QGenda or similar scheduling / timekeeping platforms preferred

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of reviews

Professional judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Commitment to maintaining accurate timekeeping records
