Job description

Join a cohort of driven young professionals disrupting the historic way of consulting, building and optimizing the future of AI-powered marketing consulting.

Learn the tools. Apply the frameworks. Work with the world's best brands.

Who We Are

Stitch is the global leader in helping brands drive CRM performance through Braze and Databricks. We work with Fortune 1000 brands to design and execute martech-driven solutions and lifecycle marketing strategies that drive meaningful outcomes. Our fast-growing team spans the US, UK, and Canada.

We're actively building the best customer relationship marketing (CRM) consultancy in the world. Not the biggest—the best. We're looking for teammates who are energized by this challenge.

Who You Are

You're early in your career and hungry to grow fast. You're genuinely excited about what AI is doing to marketing and business — not because it's trendy, but because you've already been playing with the tools and thinking about what's possible.

You have a strong service mindset. Whether you've worked a retail floor, managed customer accounts, or hustled through your first job, you understand that showing up for people — with energy, follow-through, and a good attitude — is the foundation of great customer outcomes. You're ready to bring that same care to some of the most recognized brands in the world.

You don't wait to be told what to learn. You find the tool, figure it out, and look for ways to apply it. You're coachable — you have an innate desire to learn, hear how you can get better, and take the next steps to apply it.

You are naturally energized by technology and motivated by doing excellent work alongside a group of peers who push each other to be better.

If you love to learn, thrive without a rigid script, and want to build a career at the intersection of AI and marketing, this program was built for you.

The Role

Our 2026 TopStitch program is a first-of-its-kind cohort at Stitch — built to develop a new generation of AI-enabled young professionals. You'll join a select group of just 4–6 high-caliber peers and move through a structured curriculum before applying what you've learned to real client accounts across some of the most exciting name brands in the world.

The program begins with four weeks of intensive onboarding — deep, focused curriculum learning covering Stitch, the martech ecosystem, and our very own AI tooling, frameworks, and platforms. From there, you'll begin applying those skills directly to live engagements, with ongoing enablement continuing throughout. You'll keep learning as Stitch keeps building — across data, AI, Braze, and beyond.

This program is Stitch's catalyst for changing the way consulting gets done. We're not handing you a playbook — we're asking you to help us write it, using native AI tools to reinvent how we deliver value for our clients.

Applications close on May 30th!

Please note: It's an in-person, Indianapolis-based program by design. We're big believers that the best learning happens in person, and TopStitch was built with that in mind. You'll be working out of our downtown Indianapolis office (in the Bottleworks area), and we've got a parking stipend covered for you, too.

What You'll Do

  • Complete four weeks of intensive, structured curriculum learning — covering Stitch's AI tooling, marketing technology platforms, and client delivery fundamentals — before moving into active account work.
  • Begin adding tangible value to client projects after your four-week enablement in partnership with senior team members.
  • After two months you'll be independently creating client deliverables and ready to outline what you've built.
  • Learn and work alongside Stitch's talented Technical Architects, Solution Architects, Technical Producers, ect, gaining exposure to data models, tech stacks, and the platforms that power enterprise marketing operations.
  • Apply AI frameworks and tools to live client engagements across Fortune 1000 brands in industries like retail, QSR, financial services, media, and more.
  • Work with project teams and directly with clients, bringing curiosity, preparation, and follow-through to every interaction.
  • Build fluency in Braze and Databricks, earning certifications at defined milestones throughout your ramp and beyond.
  • Continue developing through ongoing, focused enablement — deepening your knowledge of AI tooling, data platforms, and martech as Stitch evolves.
  • Contribute to internal resources: documenting your learnings and solutions, and creating reusable frameworks enabling the whole team to learn and adopt them.
  • Show up to every interaction ready to add value, every Slack, email, and meeting is a chance to build trust and demonstrate what you can do.

What Success Looks Like

  • You've hit your certification milestones on schedule and can speak confidently to the tools and platforms in your stack.
  • You're contributing to real client accounts — applying AI frameworks to create outcomes that matter for enterprise-level brands.
  • You default to tools and automation when approaching new problems. It's not a habit — it's how you think.
  • You are actively finding ways to share what you learn, ask smart questions, and raise the bar for the people around you. You lift up those around you.
  • You've built reusable deliverables or internal resources that other Stitchers are actively using.

How You'll Grow at Stitch

This program is a launching pad. You'll be mentored by and learn from leaders across Stitch's delivery functions — including our Technical Architects, Solution Architects, Technical Producers, and Delivery Leadership. You'll get exposure to data models, martech platforms, and the inner workings of how world-class consulting gets done.

After approximately one year as a TopStitch Consultant, you'll be ready for the next step in your career. That might be staying close to our AI work or heading down a functional consulting path. The most natural next step for most TopStitchers is a Solutions Architect role.

Who's Leading the Program

This cohort is led by Stitch's Head of Solution Delivery, with day-to-day guidance from an Indianapolis-based manager who will be on the ground with you as you onboard, ramp, and acclimate, in addition to the Indy-based Stitch Talent Team.

What You'll Get at Stitch

  • The opportunity to work with Fortune 1000 brands across retail, media, gaming, quick-service, financial services, travel, and healthcare — brands you've actually heard of.
  • A cohort experience built for young professionals — you'll grow alongside 4–6 peers who are just as hungry, in a program designed to accelerate your development from day one.
  • The chance to be part of redefining how consulting gets done — learning to apply AI tooling and frameworks in ways most firms haven't figured out yet.
  • A growth path with real career optionality — after your first year, you choose where you want to go.
  • The ability to feel your impact and help shape how this program evolves as Stitch continues to scale.
  • Of course, we offer competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities too — including a base salary of 70k per year, 401(k) with company match, parking stipend, and more!

Requirements

  • A genuine, demonstrable interest in AI, marketing technology, and the tools reshaping how businesses operate — show us, don't just tell us.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience. Critically: you've worked in a customer-facing or client-serving capacity in some form — retail, hospitality, account or client management, services, or consulting. You know what it means to be accountable to another person's needs.
  • This is a full-time, in-person role based in our downtown Indianapolis, Indiana office. You'll be expected in the office daily as you build alongside your cohort and the broader Stitch team. Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to Indianapolis prior to their start date.
  • A bachelor’s degree in any field is required. CS? Great. Philosophy? Also great. We're looking for people who think critically, work hard, and are naturally drawn to figuring things out (the subject matter you studied matters a lot less than the way your mind works).
  • A tool-first mindset — when facing a challenge, you reach for the best tool available before defaulting to manual work. You're naturally inclined to find the automated, AI-enabled path.
  • Demonstrated grit and creative problem-solving. You've had to figure something out without a clear answer, and you didn't stop until you did.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can explain complex ideas clearly and adjust your delivery for different audiences.
  • Intellectual curiosity and range — you're energized by learning across disciplines and can think on your feet across unfamiliar territory. You’ll be able to tell us right away what’s something you’ve taught yourself recently.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a non-linear path. If you need a complete, clearly defined roadmap to feel confident, this role probably isn't the right fit — and that's okay.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Strong judgment, recognizing when to dive deeper to solve a challenge versus when to escalate to other team members.
  • Outcome focus - we are focusing on driving clear, tangible outputs and results for our clients, continually adding value to their business.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 401k with company match
  • Flexible PTO policy
  • Monthly tech stipend
  • Paid parental leave
  • Mental well-being support
  • Parking Stipend
