AECOM is seeking a Program Coordinator to be based in Los Angeles California.
This role will be remote
- Prepare and distribute accurate meeting minutes and maintain records.
- Coordinate calendar management for team meetings client sessions etc.
- Support induction and onboarding of new team members.
- Facilitate program team communications for timely information flow.
- Plan and coordinate team meetings including agendas logistics and follow-ups.
- Serve as administrative interface with clients regarding meetings deliverables and documentation.
- Provides document management and project controls support
- Under limited supervision applies sound professional judgment and independent thought on details of work.
- Resolves questions and problems.
- May independently perform most assignments with minimal direction.

Preferred Qualifications :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey information clearly and professionally.
Adaptable to shifting priorities and dynamic work conditions; able to pivot quickly to meet organizational needs.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) for documentation reporting and scheduling.
Committed to providing exceptional service and support to internal teams and external clients.
Additional Information :
Travel will be required to additional offices.
