Duties / Responsibilities :

• Assist the Department Head in creating proposals, estimates, presentations, employee evaluations, and recruitment.
• SIT or LS certification required.
• Proficiency in CAD and survey software, including Least Squares Reduction.
• Experience with GIS platforms is a plus.
• Skilled in the use of Robotic Total Stations and GPS technology (including post-processing).
• Familiarity with scanners, drones, and other emerging survey technologies is desirable.
• Must be registered in Georgia or capable of obtaining registration within a year as a Land Surveyor.
• Proven success with ALTA, route / database, boundary, topographical, inventories, and various other types of surveys.
• Coordinate effectively with office staff and clients as needed.
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Must possess project management experience.
• Participate in pre-survey planning meetings with project managers, resident engineers, and contractors.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal survey regulations, along with Accura Engineering procedures.
