Job Title: Project Lead Contract: 12 Months (possible extension) Location: Newton, NC Job Description: The Equipment Integration Lead manages the end-to-end installation and integration of manufacturing equipment, ensuring seamless deployment aligned with production and business goals. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams and vendors to support design, installation, commissioning, and handoff of equipment in a technical manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead equipment integration projects from design to commissioning and handoff. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, quality, automation, etc.). Manage vendors, timelines, budgets, and project milestones. Oversee installation, startup, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards. Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain project documentation and provide stakeholder updates. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Strong experience in equipment integration, manufacturing, and project execution. Expertise in equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of CAD, Six Sigma, and data analysis tools (SPC, Minitab, etc.). Excellent project management and communication skills.
