Join a dedicated team that helps people find and maintain their homes.

We are currently hiring for multiple positions within our property management team. Whether you're an experienced property manager, a supportive resident advisor, or a people-focused leasing professional, we have a role for you!

Open Positions & Pay Ranges:

  • Property Manager – $26.00 to $28.00/hr.

  • Resident Advisor – $20.00 to $22.00/hr.

  • Leasing Services Specialist – $22.00 to $23.00/hr.

Leasing Services Specialist – Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist prospective tenants with applications and required documentation

  • Provide property tours and answer questions about leasing and availability

  • Maintain applicant and lease files, follow up on missing documents

  • Coordinate property viewings, move-ins, and move-outs

  • Update leasing records and application status reports

  • Work closely with property management and maintenance teams

Qualifications (applies to all roles):

  • At least 2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or related fields preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Valid Colorado driver’s license required

  • Experience with affordable housing programs (HUD/LIHTC) is a plus
