Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead consulting projects across various domains.
- Analyze intricate data sets to identify trends, recommend actionable strategies, and evaluate results.
- Collaborate with technical teams to comprehend business needs, specifications, and workflows.
- Conduct market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends.
- Translate business requirements into detailed system functional specifications.
- Engage with organizational and client managers to drive initiatives.
- Oversee cost and scheduling performance metrics.
- Spot additional opportunities for products and services within client organizations.
- Facilitate business process modeling to assess and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Work in partnership with public sector agencies focused on improving services for vulnerable populations.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Evaluate complex business challenges and devise innovative solutions that align with both organizational and client goals.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements and facilitate consensus.
- Effectively communicate programmatic and functional concepts to varied audiences, both technical and non-technical.
- Develop and implement advanced methodologies that improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure all proposed solutions are in alignment with project scope, strategic priorities, and client expectations.
- Excel in a dynamic setting by showing flexibility, eagerness to learn, and dedication to achieving impactful outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of pertinent professional experience required.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered in place of a degree.
- Minimum of five years of experience related to significant public sector projects, preferably within Health and Human Services.
- Willingness to travel to client locations is a must.
- Experience working within state government is required.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational capabilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project is essential.
Home Office Requirements:
- Minimum internet speed of 20mbps required.
- Reliable internet connectivity via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable.
- Applicants must reside permanently in the Continental US.

Minimum Salary: $90,000.00
Maximum Salary: $110,000.00
