Job Title : Project Management Specialist 4
Location : Seattle, WA
Job Summary :
Join our team as a Project Management Specialist 4, where you'll lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and scope. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and align with our client's goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee comprehensive project management for complex programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Act as the authority on scheduling and planning, maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule and related documents.
- Convert stakeholder needs into clear project objectives and measurable success metrics.
- Implement governance processes for schedule management and decision tracking.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies for project schedules.
- Collaborate with various departments to manage project timelines and resolve conflicts.
Skills Required :
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
- Strong skills in schedule management and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to translate requirements into actionable project plans.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education / Experience :
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years of experience.
