Position Overview: As the Senior Project Management Leader at Henderson Engineers, you will apply your extensive experience across our six market sectors: Business, Community, Grocery & Distribution, Health, Retail, and Venue. By partnering closely with our sister organization, Henderson Building Solutions, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate every facet of project planning, execution, and client engagement.
• Effectively manage project proposals, contracts, and budgets.
• Plan and direct project deliverables, delegating tasks as needed.
• Maintain proactive communication and service with clients throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Monitor financial adherence and project performance to ensure it meets or surpasses expectations.
• Define quality standards and guarantee deliverables align with project goals.
• Craft comprehensive scopes of work and fees for intricate projects, minimizing risks.
• Initiate regular dialogues with clients and sub-consultants to enhance satisfaction and align project objectives.
• Proactively anticipate and resolve project-related conflicts, sharing insights to improve client experiences.
• Collaborate with leadership to formulate and support business development strategies within your sector.
• Mentor and guide less experienced Project Managers and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, technology, or business is preferred; 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience is required, including at least 10 years in project management.
• Expertise in project management standards and execution is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of building design and construction principles is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Revit, CAD, and/or Bluebeam is highly desirable.
• Project management certification is a plus.
• P.E. (Professional Engineer) license is preferred.
