Relationship Management Specialist

What you do:
You will be a primary point of contact and provide proactive communication and education for FMO sales teams and producers. Provide subject matter expertise and independently manage service requests, exception/accommodations requests, complex situations and elevated service concerns on a broad range of cross functional operational issues. Influence business results through strong relationships, communicating operational changes and gathering customer feedback. Take a collaborative approach to problems to resolve situations ensuring involvement and communication with all partners. You will report into the Relationship Management Senior Manager/Manager.
Build and maintain personal connections to solidify relationships with producers, business partners and peers. Participate in team and department projects, and special assignments.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, effective communications and interactions resulting in a positive impact to the customer experience. Provide customized service for assigned producers and wholesalers. Ensure distribution partners are aware of operational processes and changes.
Review, research, problem solve and take action by responding to varied and complex service request, accommodations/exceptions and elevated service concerns. Apply extensive and broad knowledge of Allianz's business by working with multiple departments across the company to ensure problem resolution.
Influence business results and customer behaviors on a broad range of resolutions by: monitoring trends, identifying opportunities and resolutions; soliciting and gathering customer feedback; providing and recommending improvements and educating producers and distribution partners. Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).
What you bring:
2+ years of experience: Allianz experience or transferable customer service or relationship management skills.
High School Diploma required.
You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas.
Job posting range:
Relationship Management Specialist: $48,000 - $74,000
Relationship Management Specialist Associate: $54,000-75,000
Note the job posting range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. If you are hired, your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, and/or education. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
