Bone grafts, including Cerapedics products, are used in over four million annual spine, orthopedics, trauma and interventional procedures world-wide. Cerapedics product, i-FACTOR, is FDA PMA approved for cervical use in the United States. OVERVIEW

In this role, you will contribute to our mission through driving key projects and develop key processes to enable efficient execution. As a Senior Project Manager working on the Global PMO team, you will be empowered through meaningful work and career development to drive execution and help us successfully execute commercial, infrastructure, and operations projects, and a typical day will include- managing project milestones and deliverables, coordinating cross-functional activities, guiding teams through project execution, supporting the Commercial organization on high-impact initiatives, preparing updates for senior leadership, and driving initiatives that support Cerapedics continued expansion.

POSITION OBJECTIVES:

  • Organize and lead distributed, cross functional teams to meet successful completion of project and Cerapedics business objectives.
  • Lead projects of varying size and complexity and tailor the project management tools according to the scope of the project.
  • Support a variety of projects focused on manufacturing expansion and operations initiatives.

Specific Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budget, and resource tracking for assigned projects. Ensure timely and effective stakeholder communication on progress and potential issues.
  • Develop project risk management plans and ensure key risks are mitigated and additional resources identified to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure alignment between core teams and stakeholders.
  • Drive key commercial projects and support key commercial leadership meetings/initiatives.
  • Helping deploy project management tools and templates to ensure consistent execution.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize and help optimize appropriate tools for tracking project/deliverable status and ensuring accountability.
  • Work with core team to maintain and develop Design and Project History Files.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills. Able to communicate across various levels of the organization and deliver tailored messaging based on audience.
  • Experience leading diverse and complex projects and programs, and coordination of multiple teams to execute concurrent and interdependent projects.
  • Experience leading medical device or pharmaceutical projects.
  • Understanding and experience with a wide range of project management tools and techniques.
  • Ability to engage and influence cross-functional colleagues without direct reporting relationships.
  • Ability to effectively manage several projects and initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills and ability to hold others accountable.
  • Proficiency with one or more project management scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project).
  • Experience in process development or optimization.
  • Proficiency with MS Office. Highly effective in creating presentations for a wide variety of audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills.

EDUCATION AND PREFERRED TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or Scientific discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience with progressively increasing responsibility or complexity.
  • Minimum of 3 years leading projects in a medical device, biomedical, pharmaceutical, or high technology industry.

BENEFITS/COMPENSATION (including, but not limited to):

SALARY RANGE: $120,000 - $150,000

Base Salary: Annually

Target Annual Bonus: 15%
