Job Overview
Ductologist is seeking an organized, proactive Sheet Metal Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial HVAC sheet metal projects from kickoff through closeout. This role is responsible for coordinating field crews, managing schedules and budgets, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring each project is delivered safely, on time, and to Ductologist’s high standards of quality. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their projects, stays ahead of issues, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial and industrial sheet metal HVAC projects from pre-construction through closeout
Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and job cost tracking
Review drawings, scopes of work, and specifications to ensure accurate execution
Communicate clearly with clients, general contractors, and internal teams
Proactively identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or cost
Ensure work is performed in compliance with safety standards, plans, and specifications
Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and crew productivity
Support change orders, billing, and project documentation
Maintain organized project records and reporting
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing construction projects (HVAC or sheet metal preferred)
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and jobsite coordination
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, scopes, and specifications
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Confident decision-maker with strong follow-through and accountability
Proficient with project management tools and basic computer applications
Valid driver’s license preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 – $110,000 per year, based on experience
