Your New Role

Location: Based in Murfreesboro, TN with travel to assigned project locations

• Lead and manage all aspects of projects including budget, schedule, and staffing

• Work closely with general contractors, architects, and project owners

• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, and constructability reviews

• Oversee vendors, subcontractors, materials purchasing, and documentation

• Recruit, train, and mentor team members such as Project Engineers

• Ensure safety protocols and OSHA compliance are followed on-site

• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Timberline, and AutoCAD

• Be ready to assist with field activities when necessary

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years in project management, ideally in construction, general contracting, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing industries

• Experience managing contract documentation

• Strong skills with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Timberline

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Onscreen Takeoff is a plus

• OSHA-30 certification required

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and adapt to changing project schedules
