Developing and executing the qualification program for all personnel based on customer requirements

Developing and executing the continuous training program for all personnel based on customer requirements

Coordinating schools to support qualification and advanced training for all personnel based on customer requirements

Developing and maintaining the SURTASS program Training IMS

Filling this position is contingent upon funding

Bachelor's degree in education, psychology and/or master training specialist certification

Five years of experience with managing training and qualification programs

Five years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and/or repair of complex Navy systems

Experience with SURTASS mission systems is preferred

SRC is a contractor for the U.S. government, this position will require U.S. citizenship as well as, a U.S. government security clearance at the secret level
