Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Plan, coordinate, and oversee paving projects from start to finish. • Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure quality work and safety compliance. • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed on project progress. • Conduct on-site inspections to monitor work quality and address any issues. • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment. • Work closely with estimators and sales teams to ensure proper project handoffs. • Problem-solve and adapt to unexpected challenges in the field. • Proactively generate new business through self-sourced outreach, networking, and relationship development. • Consistently build and manage a personal pipeline of qualified opportunities. • This is an outside, revenue-producing role requiring initiative, persistence, and follow-through. • Contribute to revenue growth and support company sales targets. • Expected to actively pursue new opportunities weekly rather than relying solely on inbound leads. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • 3-7 years of project management experience in asphalt paving, construction, or civil engineering. • Strong leadership skills – able to direct crews and interact with clients confidently. • Budget management & scheduling expertise. • Understanding of asphalt paving techniques, materials, and industry regulations. • Familiarity with **construction software and tools ** • Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 yearly

Compensation:
$80,000-$125,000 per year
