Lead small to medium-sized Scrum teams, ensuring alignment of roles and responsibilities

Provide consistent and timely communication to internal and external stakeholders regarding project status and outcomes

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of combined IT Project Management experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master

Desired certifications include PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master (SSM)

Proven experience in project management and Scrum methodologies

Knowledge of SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps

Strong focus on delivery and continuous improvement in project processes
